The service

CarWizz is a free tool that helps you research cars using technical specifications and summaries of real owner experiences, including AI-generated recommendations and reports. The service is provided free of charge. We may change, limit, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

Recommendations are information, not advice

This is the most important part. CarWizz's recommendations, owner reports, reliability summaries, specifications, and price ranges are generated automatically from public data and analyzed by AI. They are for general information only.

• They are not professional, mechanical, financial, legal, or purchasing advice.
• They may contain errors, be out of date, or be incomplete. Vehicle data is provided “as is,” with no guarantee of accuracy.
• You should independently verify anything that matters — with a qualified mechanic, the manufacturer, official recall databases, and your own inspection — before buying, selling, or servicing a vehicle.

Any decision you make based on CarWizz is your own.

Your account

Some features let you sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Don't use someone else's account or share yours in a way that abuses the free usage limits.

Acceptable use

When using CarWizz, you agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• scrape, copy, or resell our content or data in bulk;
• disrupt, overload, or try to gain unauthorized access to the service;
• enter other people's personal information into our tools; or
• misrepresent the output as professional advice.

Intellectual property

The CarWizz name, design, original text, and compiled reports belong to us. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial car research. Underlying facts and third-party data remain the property of their respective owners.

No warranty

CarWizz is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information is correct or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarWizz and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its recommendations — including the purchase, sale, or servicing of any vehicle. Because the service is free, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to use it, which is zero.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these terms.

Termination

You can stop using CarWizz at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or misuse the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts located in Quebec, Canada, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use CarWizz means you accept the updated terms.
